The 2012 BRIT Awards were definitely all about the ladies! Florence Welch, Rihanna, and Adele all wowed us with their glamorous floor-grazing gowns on the red carpet and continued to drop jaws when they switched up their ensembles for the stage. Florence rocked Alexander McQueen twice in one night (lucky girl!), the first dress being a ruffled, high-neck peach number with bell sleeves and a high-to-low skirt. She also opted for strappy gold McQueen wedges and a very interesting gold hand piece, which added a touch of badassness to her baroque ensemble. When she hit the stage to perform "No Light, No Light," she kept her hair down and wavy and sported a sheer Alexander McQueen gown with gold sequin and pearl overlay. She also layered on some bold cocktail rings and went completely barefoot for her performance. Bold move, Flo!

Rihanna turned heads when she arrived in a seriously bedazzled Givenchy Couture bronze gown and matching leather gloves. Her high slit showed off matching ankle strap heels, and she sported a body chain necklace with charms under her gown for an extra touch of sparkle. Her blonde twisted updo looked fresh with her piecey bangs and soft makeup. For her performance outfit, she went for a casual streetwear look in a ripped oversized white sweatshirt, white denim cutoffs, tan fishnet tights, and Timberlands. She let her blond curls run wild and added a touch of red to her pout when she sang "We Found Love"—plus she sported for some seriously oversized hoop earrings and a chain necklace that you could see from any seat in the auditorium. She ended the song completely covered in paint and still looked amazing, so we give her major props for that.

Adele didn't deviate too far from the norm—she arrived in an all-black Burberry sheer overlay gown with a touch of glam around the neck and on her ears. She sported her go-to '60s bouffant bob and cat eye liner paired with burgundy blush and lips. On stage, Adele opted for a shorter frock with lace on the upper bodice with touches of sparkle on the sleeves, opaque black tights, and black pumps. She not only stole our hearts with her live performance of "Rolling In The Deep," but she also nabbed two BRIT awards. Go Adele!
